Features of the LLCA Database

L&L Credit Reporting Agency will be located via the web at http://www.llca.com and this will be the final parking spot. The database is not available for viewing there yet but will be within the next week. The initial build will include the following components with brief explanations.

**Parties**
User: A person who signs in to the web site.
Admin: System administrators, users with special privileges
Credit file: An individual that user credit information. These people may or may not be users.
Accessor: Someone who is accessing information about a credit file. All accessors are users, but not all users are accessors. Any idea what a better name for these people is? They are information consumers, but they’re accessing information about consumers of a different type, so that name would be confusing.
Providers: Businesses who provide information that becomes part of credit reports.

**Use Cases**
Disclose RL info (optional):
Can disclose RL information
RL information verified before stored
Signed release form stored electronically in the user’s credit file that allows us to maintain and release RL information on request
RL information will not be released without the form on file
Upload scanned/faxed images
View scanned/faxed images

Business upload:
Business users can upload avatar information
Business users can request avatar information
Business users pay a fee
Facility for banks and businesses to upload information

Individual:
Users can dispute information in their credit report, and CS people will research the disputes.
Users can download their own credit report once per month for free, and must pay to do more than that

Customer Service:
CS people can see a list of disputes to research
CS people can respond to the disputes
CS people can change credit information in response to dispute investigations

Accessor:
Users can be granted permission to pull the credit files of other users.
Record transactions of people’s accounts being accessed, and who it was accessed by. This is so that we can deduct points for credit queries

The fee schedule will be posted shortly and we will start to list businesses that have signed up for the service. Feel free to post your questions to this blog and I will respond.
