Share Distribution and Dividend

In an effort to keep up with the current buyback, I am making a few share changes and plan to reinstate dividends starting in January from December's revenue. If dividends can be reinstated sooner, I will update the market. I do expect it sooner but I am in the process of compiling accounting information more fluidly and will know once I have submitted this month's report for October.

*2 million shares currently held by Chairman will be retired bringing the sharefloat to 6 million. The chairman would have 2,357,166 shares after this is done.

*50,000 shares will be transferred to Devilin Eusebio as Executive Assistant in which her pay will be from dividends based on performance of the LLBT and the brand. The chairman would have 2,307,166 share after this is done.

*1,107,166 shares will be transferred to LNLBT Miles, the bank's alt. Dividends gained from these shares will be used to continue the buyback without hurting dividends as the dividends are above and beyond operational profit. The chairman would have 1,200,000 shares after this is done.

Shares held by LNLBT Miles are not true treasury shares as they do recieve a dividend. This is a step toward creating a true corporation with the L&L Brand in which the CEO does not control everything and alts are monitored by C-level executives. I have submitted the support ticket to have this done and it will reflect in the LNL research shortly.

The buyback will continue and dividends will begin again as soon as possible. The end result for share float is going to be 5 million up from the original 2.5 million. I fear that going that low may take longer and hurt the share price so 5 million is a safer bet meaning we only have 1 million more shares to go.

After the buyback is complete, funds recieved by those shares via dividends will be held and I will post a poll to decide what those funds should go to. I am thinking high yield investments but I will leave that to shareholders to decide.

Blog Additions

Since I am trying my hardest to let my "babies go to preschool" so that I can spend time growing the brand as well as getting well, I am adding the L&L CEOs as well as the L&L Corporation Executive Assistant to my blog. This way they can put out information as I still hold the CEO roles in the stock exchanges. The babies are going to preschool but mommy is still looking through the window. It's not that I don't trust anyone. It's just hard to let go so I will hold on to that piece of each company for the time being. The following additions are as follows:

Executive Assistant of L&L Corporation

I am proud to introduce the Executive Assistant for L&L Corporation, Devilin Eusebio. Devilin is currently the Operation Lead Game Master of Hostel and one of the principal builders in the RPG project of LLRS. She is a long time SL/RL friend and pretty much like my little sister except sometimes she goes kitsune.

As the Executive Assistant, she will pretty much act as my gatekeeper and assist the CEOs under the L&L Brand with tasks that need to be done. Devilin is always in world or easily reached by email at devilin.eusebio@gmail.com so feel free to contact her. While her backgroud is not in business, she is a fast learner and very reliable and I trust that she has the ability to do the tasks.

We use Gmail over our own webserver emails because of the Google Talk function that helps me stay in touch with SL without being in game. Devilin will be handling my calendar and will start to surface as the forefront for certain projects.If you cannot reach me in world and need to, please contact Devilin Eusebio. She will be listed on all companies as Executive Assistant. She may or may not have access to assist with certain things currently but she can contact me via RL means as well as others.

LLCRA Shareholder Meeting Calendar

Opening Night at Hostel

Opening night was a success despite the inability to post events which concierge is still working on to my knowledge. A handful of people stopped by to listen to the gothic tunes of DJ Nova Sakigake who used to DJ for us at Club Blood. So far, players are extremely impressed with the decor and we added 2 game masters to the staff. We are completing the furnishings this weekend and should start to open rentals to Hostel citizens this weekend as well.

We are still taking applications for GMs, RP groups, citizen jobs and vendors. We have an immediate need for dancers and constables as citizens. Right now, Master & Slave and DCS2 are the only vendors in town but we would like to add about 7-10 more. A few vendors we are looking for are clothing (Victorian dresses and Mens suits), skins (vampire and human), avatars (ghost, werewolf, and eventually construct), Goth (Victorian Gothic), and melee weapons (scythes, rapiers, daggers).

We are looking for a horse vendor as well for the stables but the animals will be tested for lag quality as well as a gun dealer that specializes in low lag revolvers. A horse has gone missing and the life of a random dancer was lost with her blood splattered across the pub floor. The local magistrate has issued a hit to locate and dispose of the lycans. This is the beginning of a bustling town....
